Today we had a full day "on the road" with Colin. We headed south from Cape Town along the Atlantic coast passing through some very affluent beach side suburbs before arriving at Hout Bay where we took a short cruise to observe a seal colony.
We then drove on via Chapmans Peak

We then drove to nearby Cape Point lighthouse where we had pizza for lunch while watching whales frolick below. The pictures do not do the stunning scenery justice!!

We then started the drive back to Cape Town, passing a troupe of baboons on the roadside before visting an African Penguin colony at Boulders Beach
We arrived back at our hotel to be greeted by the sight of Table Mountain clear of cloud for the first time since we arrived - a great end to a great day!
